MyFairwayServicing Customer Portal Upgrade Announcement

MyFairwayServicing released an update on June 4th that impacted all users. If this is your first time signing in since the update, please follow the steps below to set up your account.

Please select your user type from the options below to begin your account conversion or registration.

  1. To create your MyFairwayServicing account, visit the Sign In page.
  2. Click Register Your Account to initiate the process.

Once you've registered and signed in, visit the "Make A Payment" tab below for assistance with navigating common payment scenarios.
  • Your Date of Birth must be entered in this format MM/DD/YYYY. The slashes separating MM/DD/YYYY must be included to proceed.
  • If you are a co-borrower and not able to register for any reason, please call customer service at (877) 297-5350.

Account Transfer Details
  • Future dated one-time ACH payments entered into the prior version of MyFairwayServicing will process, however these pending payments are not viewable on the new MyFairwayServicing and cannot be modified or canceled online. Please be assured you will see the posted payment in the online transaction history once it processes on the selected future-date.
  • If you previously chose to save your financial institution routing and account numbers for use when processing one-time payments on the website or mobile app, this information will need to be re-entered when processing a payment for the first time on the new MyFairwayServicing.
Usernames Containing Special Characters
  • It is necessary to re-register your MyFairwayServicing account.
  1. Visit the Sign In page.
  2. Click Register Your Account to initiate the process.
  3. When registering, your Date of Birth must be entered in this format MM/DD/YYYY. The slashes separating MM/DD/YYYY must be included to proceed.

Usernames Not Containing Special Characters
  • For security reasons, please reset your password.
  1. Visit the Sign In page.
  2. Click Forgot Password to initiate the process.
  3. When resetting your password, you will receive a code via email, enter that code once prompted to Sign In again.
